Duoglide muffler setup

Hi guys. I don't have access to a parts book for my 64 flh and something is bugging me. The right side muffler is higher than the left. Almost hitting the hard saddlebag on the right. There are those two arms that attach to the frame and the muffler clamps attach to the arms. Are the arms interchangeable if you flip them over or is there a different part for the left and right sides? Can anyone give me parts numbers?

They are exact opposites of each other...both hang down at the rear when installed correctly.
