Does anyone make an authentic looking battery box for the '65 Panhead? It would look like the one pictured on page 12 of the '65 ElectraGlide Riders Handbook. A textured sort of pebbly mat black with the bar & triangle logo on front.

Here is a shot of my op 65 pan with a battery I bought at an HD dealer, I have had to replace it with one of the H12 AGM batteries which I put the bar and shield sticker on the side of the battery, thanks, Larry

Thanks for the replies. Yes Cotton, I know the original was not a box. I was referring to the "boxes" I've seen for six volt Indians and Harleys where you would put a modern, smaller battery into it. And yes, the pic you posted is exactly what I was looking for. Been looking for an original for a few years.
I will post a pic of a battery that I am using now from Batterystuff,com. AGM in textured mat black with a rectangle embossed on front. Closest thing I have seen that would even resemble the original.Comment
