Panhead cylider

Hello there is a panhead cylinder on ebay. It has H-26-2 stamped at the bottom. Its item #322063601555. Can anyone tell me what year it is from? I need a front cylinder for a 54 FLE. Would this cylinder work? Any help would be appreciated.

August 26, 1952. It will work if it has the oil return hole that was a new feature for '53 and should be on that August cylinder.

On the listing it says, inside "oiler" return. Is this what you were talking about?
