Heel & toe shift lever identification.

Does anyone know what model this heel and toe shift lever was fitted on, and which years was it used. The casting number ends -64. Thanks for your time.

That heel and toe shifter is for XL models up to 1970. IIRC, it is a -64 part number, but would fit back thru K models.
