1955 tail light lens and early kick pedal part.

Need to replace my 1955 FL tail light lens. Is the lens in the photo the correct type, and should it be plastic or glass for 1955? The one in the photo is plastic. Does anyone have one spare?
Next question is regarding kick pedal end plates. Photos are of reproduction end plates. Were genuine end plates ever shaped like this, on the vl, jd, or rl models perhaps?
Appreciate any help with this.

The lenses were plastic and that one looks like an original. Genuine end plates weren't raised as much in the centre.

Thanks very much for your help. So I have the right tail light lens on my '55, but unfortunately it's broken.
I was wondering about the kick pedal end plates because I bought two NOS pedals from a retired Harley dealer I personally know, and one of them had the more pointed end plates.

I have never seen large pointed end plates, but I haven't seen everything, so I may be wrong.
