Intake o-rings

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to remove the intake off of my 62 panhead to replace the orings
I have the carb and horn removed and the clamps loosened.
I'm able to move the intake around but there are no signs of it wanting to come out.
Any help is appreciated.

Karl!

The silly Jubillee horns are the hard part.

Just clip the old O-rings and it should fall out.
Re-assembly is a trick of rolling the fresh O-rings (I suggest JAMES viton) over the spigots, and placing the clamps like thisattached)
But please bubble-test your assembly, as it will prevent you from over-tightening the clamps, or at least alert you when you do:
