Can a mechanical rigid rear wheel rim assembly be used on '58 or early swing arm juice brake pans ?

Yes, the wheels interchange through '66, only the brake is different. There a re minor rim differences in the early '60s so you need to be sure of that if it is a restoration.

And the hubs look slightly different-rigid vs swing arm-they will work as Robbie says
