Welding Tool Box Mount

I'm replacing the toolbox mount on a 1951 panhead frame and I need to know the correct bracket location along the top and bottom frame tubes. I can find the approximate horizontal location by installing the oil tank and positioning the tool box/bracket assembly, but the bracket's frame tube radii are quite loose and are not bent parallel to the tubes. Therefore, I'll have to position the bracket on the frame and re-shape the radii around the tubes before welding. Can anyone (Steve L ??) provide the correct location measurements for this bracket?
