inner Primary Help

I need some help for the Harley Guru's out there. I have a 1953 foot shift panhead. I need a inner primary cover. In the spare parts book they list two inner primary covers. The hand shift inner primary is part number 60620-36 and the one for the foot shift is part number 60620-52. Here is where my confusion comes in. I do not know what the differences are between these two primary covers. Some of the aftermarket inner primary covers have two different holes for the crank case vent where others have only one. Some have oil drain nipple for the drain pipe and some do not. When I called paguhco they said that there was only one primary cover that was made during that time. I just want to buy the right parts one time. Can anyone give me a hand.
