OE Inner Primary Detail

Can some one please verify(or not) the rivets that attach mounting tabs are installed properly when the round heads are facing out? I've seen them both ways and I can't find a reliable reference at the moment.Thanks to anyone who can clear this up for me.

Tin Top, You can do it ether way. When the riveting is done properly like the factory did. you wouldn't know. It was done from the inside out so the orbital riveter could get on top of it. Bob L
