loose handle bar

the right side handle bar is loose and I don't know what to shim it with is their a shim for it thanks for the help

I have used shims cut from soda cans.

If it were my bike, I would take it apart and find out what's going on. If it isn't clamping tight, there's a good chance the clamp itself is cracked, or the bar is.
If you try to shim it, you may be putting a bandaid on a bigger problem.

Have you ever tried to ride a bike when a handlebar decides to come off?
