Frame Jack

I've been searching books and internet for info on the Pan frame jack. I have the top half and could build the screw part but have never seen one in person and only once years ago saw a picture of one. Anyone have any parts of one for sale, or a picture (exploded view), maybe deminisions?
Also still need 1 or 2 nice freshly cad plated spokes for a 50's era FL. I had about 180 spokes redone but only have 79 useable ones out of the bunch.

to let you know when I had needed spokes in the past I had gone through wayback wheels, I spoke with the owner Dave and he had spokes and nipples that had all ready been plated in stock. He does advertise in the antique motorcycle magazine.
