Buddy Seat Cover wear and waterproof plastic/vinyl

I'm looking for a replacement seat cover for my breaked down buddy seat. It's a standard type buddy seat with a wear and waterproof plastic covering (described on page 457 Palmer's Book).

Does anybody know where I can get this cover stuff? Michael from WCCL doesn't have...
