Removing Throttle Shaft Bushing (Linkert M35TP)

I am looking for suggestions/recommendations as to the best way to remove the (2) throttle shaft bushings from a M35TP body? My throttle shaft has a little slop and I'm thinking it might leaking air (seems to be leaning out at high speed).

It appears the bushings rest on a shoulder inside the body (meaning cannot drive the bushings through into the body) and there is no lip (between body and bushing) to set a punch pin on. I thought of using a long 5/16" tap or screw extractor! Any suggestion?

I usually carefully choose a tap and thread it in part way and then drive the tap out from the opposite side using a pin punch - never failed me yet. It will drag the bushing with it.
