    Headlight Bucket Ground ID

Does anyone have a chronological list of the proper grounds for the springer headlight buckets? I am looking for the various connections for buckets from 1936-1957 including style of ground and year. If this has been covered before and anyone knows the thread I can use this prior info if I can locate it. Thanks in advance.

      Chris,
Sorry to be a pest. I went over the info in Palmer's book but did not find a reference to the actual ground attachments. I know the ground screw in the bucket started in WWII but is there an actual date when this happened? Did this stay the same through the life of the Servi in '57? I'm also looking for info previous to the screw. Do you have any info on your website? Thanks again...

In later years, I don't know when, the screw was replaced with a rivet.
