front fender light base question

Have a front fender light base that exact like knucklehead flathead one but the bulb faces at the 4 0 clock position insted of 12 0 clock position or strait forward maybe 1936-1937 ??????? can anybody help me

Probably a base for a sidecar fender light. The ones I have are positioned with the bulb like that to light the red dome light as well as the front lens.
