    Shield for rear pipe

    Again a question...

    I have a shield in the rear pipe of my 47F. Please get a look to the pic... Can again tell me somebody if this shield is contemporary to 1947?

    Can also somebody tell me if there was an "official" position for that shield?

          Many thanks! Anyhow and because I am quite victim of paranoia, I see that based of your HD flyer, my shield I assembled a little bit to high!

          Do not laugh please but I will replace it lower as per the picture... "The Law is The Law!"
