    before I start cutting my new (aftermarket)cables anybody?got a idea how long they should be for my "46"EL.???thanks the Colonel..

    My suggestion would be to do this as part of your assembly process - motor with carb and timer in position, gas tanks off, front end and handlebars (for sure) in place.

    You don't want to be like the new carpenter who said, "Dang it, I've cut this board twice and it's still too short!"
