    Tail light

I recently found this tail light for my 38 EL project. Notice how this one has a "Harley-Davidson" marking along with "125". I don't remember seing these markings on other tail lights I have looked at. Also the socket where the wires connect does not have the bakelite screw on cap. Can anyone shed some light on variations throughout the years?
    Thanks,
    Eric

This is the Post War lamp used on the 125CC models 1947-1950.

Yeah that's what I was afraid of. I have another one that is just like it but does not have any markings. The earlier version that is correct for knuckleheads also seems to use thicker metal. Am I correct? Also does the knucklehead version have a chrome bucket or painted?
      Thanks,
      Eric
