I have 2 speedo cables one is 59 3/4'' long and the other is 53 3/4" long.This is the measurment of the outer cable end to end.What is the correct length of the outer cable for a 46 knuckle.Also what is the correct length of the inner cable.

No idea what the 59 3/4 is from. The 53 3/4 is probably a ServiCar cable. Correct cable for your knuckle is 35 3/4. See my caution here about how to read the numbers ... Perry
