41 EL Cases

Here is a picture of my 41EL cases. I understand it may have been made in Nov or Dec 41? Does anyone know the answer?
It is pretty much all original, down to the tires.

There is no way it was made in November or December as that was in the '42 year model production run. With a high production number most likely June or July '41.
