You can order a V-Twin Knuckle short block (VT 10-1989) [less heads, cylinders and piston, timer, manifold and top oil line], and use Mike Brown cylinders, with Wisco pistons- Hastings rings.
Stett said "Cometic" http://www.cometic.com makes a new (18265-37) Lower Cover Gasket set (one that sits under each exhaust can and two that stack under the intake cans). These are areas you don't want leaking later on.
