  • Hold on to your hats boys ...................

In the next few years or decade there is gonna be a wave of motorcycles all years and models being sold off -with social media being what it is I have seen a major increase in vintage iron come across my feed. But make no mistake we are in a BEAR market -I would estimate that 4 years ago a 90% original Knuck could not be touched for less then 70 K -- I would say you can buy that same bike or one close to it for 30-40K. I just missed an original paint basket case/total rebuild for 15K sooooooooo....... it is coming believe it ! Here is the million dollar ????? Whats real and whats fake be cautious friends and maybe invest/consult in someone who KNOWS the game ...........There are many on this board that are very knowledgeble -that knowledge is priceless right about now ---All I am saying is "Ya better call somebody....... I think of a few here Rubone,Chris,Eric,Jojo,Jerry,Cotton,Duffey and I always liked reading Sarge's(RIP) posts. Happy hunting and good luck !!!
Happy Independence day to ya all !!!!!!!!!!

Also side note to moderators ---Does our upload capacity need a revamp ?? As in photos from IPhone are to large and wrong format -I spent an hour resizing/compressing and reformatting to JPG and still no upload

I just went through that with some old photos I had taken with a digital camera. I found that MS PAINT is an easy way to re-size, and format pictures; but you probably already knew that. I am very much a luddite when it comes this dang old modern world, dag-nab-it.

        My immediate concern, Eric,

Is to not burden my family.

I'm already giving things away, to anyone who will appreciate it.

( Also side note to moderators ---Does our upload capacity need a revamp ?? As in photos from IPhone are to large and wrong format -I spent an hour resizing/compressing and reformatting to JPG and still no upload )

I think it would be nice have the option to upload short video clips. I think they would be very helpful and interesting to those looking for help on this forum.
I understand there is U-tube and a financial benefit to those using it but short "seconds clips" on the forum would be nice

                Just my thoughts,

                            How 'beautiful' were they, Fxcw?

Brass bodies that gleamed brightly in the sunlight?

There have always been enthusiasts dropping off or dropping out, selling collections.
The Knuck craze had to do with choice original paint bikes bringing huge dollars drove up the prics of Knucks.
They non OP mint bikes were way over priced & people found flattys, shovels etc to be a better buy, driving the average Knuck back to reality.
The overall economy didn't help prop up the Knuck values either.
I remember my brother in the mid '70s saying '32 Fords would drop in value when the old boys passed.
                              That never happened.
