Hello all Linkert fans. My question is this I have seen fuel automizers that are made to be used with m-35 and m-74 linkert carburators and is there any performance gain when installing this to a Linkert carb that is used on a stock 74 CI knucklehead. Thanks. KENNY.

If all things are in order, Kenny,

    No.

The screens may boost a little low-end, maybe, but obviously restrict the top-end flow, if you ever really use it WFO.

The 'Turbulator' did a little better to reduce reversion,

    And mask evil intake leaks!

But with a sealed manifold, there was little noticeable gain.

Sounds to me that if the carb has a good rebuild and tuned right and good 91 fuel and with leaving it stock its the best way to go. .

        Yes, you are correct.

          In theory, yes, Kenny,

But the devil is in the details; A "good rebuild" often requires more than just throwing parts at it.

If the body is badly worn, Its not about 'leaving it stock', its about 'restoring it to stock' specs.

(In other words, your results may vary!)

PS: Linkerts are forgiving, but manifolds ain't.
