1946 Cat Eye's

Did the late 1946's have Chrome Cat eyes,Painted or Parkerized

Painted to match the tanks. H-D never parkerized dashes. Chrome wasn't available in '46.

Pretty sure in 1945 they were parkerized; a wartime carryover.
