  • Compression Plates

What are the compression plates for an “F” model made of? Steel? Aluminum? If steel, were they parked? Cad? Plain?

The ones I had were steel and plain. I can only assume that they were OEM.

Plates of predetermined thickness added under cylinders to lower compression. Often used on commercial or sidecar equipped MC engines.

Thanks for the responses guys. I kinda figured they weren’t aluminum.
