Spark Plugs - Champion C-7, #7 in knucklehead?

I know many people use H16 champion spark plugs in a Knucklehead engine. Any experience running vintage champion C –7 or vintage champion #7 spark plugs?

I always ran J12Y's in the panhead. And the same Chevrolet points and condenser as well. Never had a problem with either. Rubone was right. No resistor plugs.

In Knuckleheads I use C86 AC or 386 Autolite. I never use Champions.
