I’m having an original seat pan made into a 47 buddy seat by Heathers. The question of holes in the skirt has come up and I would like to stay period correct.
in looking at lots of photos, it appears that grab handles are on most of those machines vs. the later rails that wrap around the back of the seat.
We’re wrap around rails available or used in 47? Would handles be the correct way to go? I have both, just never really paid attention to when that accessory appeared on the scene. As always, thanks for your help!
