  • 1944 Rocker nuts 114-36

Palmers book says no chrome but in the pictures the rocker nuts do not look Parkerized ?

As a few Knuckles trickled out in '43 and '44 for civilian orders the factory used up in stock inventory, and as it was replaced it was with no bright finish. Lots of factory photos from '43 and '44 show odd bits of chrome. Rocker nuts, timer covers, inspection covers, control spirals, Speedo bezels, ignition switches, etc. It depends on how low your serial number is and no one can answer for sure. .
