Solid neck stem for Harley springer

Is anybody making a solid neck stem that accepts OEM type neck bearings? I have 2 looong stretched springers both with broken neck stems. I suspect the culprit is the extreme change in geometry and stress on the front end. I used to see them on eBay but cannot find anyone selling them.
