Wires with tracer's

Someone beside Vintage MC is making premium wiring harnesses and they are saying anything before the war only wires that had tracers were the handlebar wires.Everything else was solid wires.Any thoughts on this

Most of these wires don't have tracers

I believe a 1937 would have all solid wrapped ends with the exception of the Timer wire.
Timer wire end had a ring terminal that connects to coil. I think I still have some of those ring terminals

I agree with Steve.The pics of NOS '37 dash & wires do not look correct & in my opinion the switch looks well used.It may have been a NOS replacement Dash/wires assy.,made later & then used.
