    Brass knuck emblems w/o lettering

I’m not very knowledgeable about Knuckles but would like to know what the brass tank badges (usually 40-46 I believe) with no lettering are about? Were they something from the factory or a/m? Did they have lettering at one time? I’ve also seen them with a stripe through the center with no lettering.

just can’t find an answer online or I search and was curious.

    thanks
    Craig

All aftermarket, nothing to do with H-D, and most were chromed and painted and often seen with stick on letters with owners name, not plain brass, that is a more modern cheapo version.

I have a couple sets of Comisky 40-46 badges available.
