  • Rear Sprocket rivets 1937

    pictures of the rivets on a drum i have it has 4 rivets that are different .Are 1937 like that.Any tips on riveting them. Thanks for your time . P1040613.JPGP1040614.JPG

    I suspect, Dan,..

    The 'star' rivets were common clutch or leather hardware (set with a tool like this, and soft brass).

    Memory fails (hell I never held a '37 in my hands) but later models had odd smaller rivets to center things for the rest. They were cad instead of park'd in the Tedd kits.

    Please avoid the hammer when replacing them, and frankly, hydraulic presses as well!
