Help with Palmer bible

Fist off-Merry Christmas to all.
I have a 1994 printing of How To Restore Your Harley Davidson and I'm working on a 40EL.
Some where Palmer describes the order to instale the mud guard frame clamps, safety guard, buddy seat auxiliary spring support bracket and battery flags when instaleing the rear fender. He also explains what bolts, nuts and washers to use and where they go.
A few years ago I used this info to round up the hardware to instale the rear fender but I can not find it now that I am instaleing the fender ect.
Could someone please direct me to the page that has this info.

Are they still around. I have emailed Deborah I don't know how many times and haven't heard a word. Does anyone know? It all started when they had that hurricane.
