    Hi friends,
    what are the parts needed to convert a 1947 knuckle to footgear.
    i have ordered a foot gear change kit and gear box cover for 52 pan head.
    will i need a mouse trap also.

        You have a choice: mousetrap or "eliminator" (1968-* cable only). Neither is OEM for 1947, but trap looks more original. Also more $$$, difficult to adjust (in theory just follow the manual, but many, many have trouble). Advantage: much easier to ride in slow traffic since the over-center effect allows the clutch to be held in with little hand effort.
