    Morning my Question is the BACK BONE frome a 36 Frame is 1 inch ?? or 7/8 on my 37 is 7/8 and i have found a 36 with a 1 inch please let me know and have Fun and TAKE CARE of you thanks ULF

    HD changed from 7/8" neck strut to 1" in mid 1937. That 1936 frame with the 1" has been altered. Jerry

      If there is a number stamped on the forging around the top of the seat post the frame was repaired and upgraded at the MoCo.
