Springer Rockers Revision numbers

In a previous post i asked about the early 3A and 4A rockers with no boss. That some had the numbers in a different spot . After looking at several rockers i think they have revision numbers on them and some do not have the extra number meaning they were the first castings . Any thoughts

Dear Dan, you're really getting into it now. How about cleaning off those faint circles and squares, because they look like they might have manufacturers logos inside them, such as for AmForge or Interstate Drop Forge?
