1937 trans case

I'm looking for someone who can do some welding and thread repair on my trans case. I'm in the Chicago area but am not against mailing it someplace if anyone has any good recommendations.

So this has already been weld repaired?

Yes, I’m not sure when but the repairs look good . The helicoils need to be removed and repaired. I don’t know if I can smooth out the repair at the kicker cover or if that would cause it to crack again. It’s way better than the ones I’ve found so far accept the one I went back for at Davenporte only to have missed it
