  • Titling a 1945 FL motor

MachIV has a 1945FL motorcases on auction. How would you get a correct 1945 title for this?

I have found the easiest way is to do a lien sale. The way the bidding is going on those cases you had better be rich.

I don't know where kitabel lives. My experience is much different and easier than his description. First of all I use a Lien Sale company to do everything. The charge for their service here in CA is $75.00. They handle everything and mail me the finished paperwork. Then I take the vehicle to the department of Motor Vehicles for inspection and transferring title. Sometimes the DMV will refer me to the CHP for further number verification. Its all easy and painless. By the way I use Grant Lien Sales to do everything. Also in CA we can, and do Lien Sales for storage fees.
PS Your local towing and impound yard can direct you to a company that does Lien Sales.
