Bruce is currently writing the third edition. This one will cover 1936-1965. The '65 turned out to be much more research and work that anyone imagined. It will probably be available next year. Until then you are at the mercy of Profiteers.

i have a 1993 printing , covers 1936-1947, i never used it, it is virtually new, has a 1/4" tear at top of spine, a dab of glue would fix the tear. $100, shipping included.
