Rich was still on the job when I was a young kid although on a Servi-Car. Rumor has it he got fired for writing the mayor a ticket. He was then hired by the Menomonie Fire Department and retired from there. Jerry

As best I know the bike is new and the picture is posed because he his parked on the wrong side of the street. Jerry

Thanks for the picture Jerry. Looks like that 1938 EL is a New Unit. Gotta give Patrolman Richard Emmert credit for busting that Punk Mayor, that took balls & integrity!
