Looking for 39 Only 4-Speed Shift Gate

OK, I know this is like asking for a unicorn with hen’s teeth, but would anyone have or know who might have a 39 only 4-speed shift gate, the one with neutral between 2nd and 3rd, available for purchase? I know Carl Olsen was making them and I reached out to him but did not get a response. Thanks, Bob
