  • Knuckle Head transmission

Found a early trans this weekend and trying to figure out the year it is. It has 33-352 on the kicker cover, with 121-35 with a 2 above it on the bottom of the case, no date code or signs of it ever having one. No vent boss on case, vent in the cover, early style clutch, 5 bolts for mounting. What I do not understand is the no date code thing. The place I found it probably has not bee opened up since 50'S. It is something I do not need just trying to get a ideal of year, any help will be help full. Thanks Dave

How about a picture Dave. You may have a '37-early 38 box.

I will see if I can get someone to try to do that for me, I am not capable of such things, probably need and try to learn! What locations on the trans. would be most use full?

That is stated in the original post. Vent in cover.
