    Could I get some recommendations of people to send a Delco horn to for refurbishing?

    Try Mutt Hallam in Texas. He restores them for lightweights and I believe also does some BT types.

      I've had Mutt do a few for me and they work great. He rewound one for a friend to be 12 volts also. His first name is Charles but goes by Mutt.

          There's also a fellow named Roger Long in Fishers, Indiana who can do it. I think he sells lots of refurbished horns on Ebay, but I sent him mine and he was willing to rewind and refurbish mine. I only have his address, I corresponded with him via his Ebay account, name Indianrog.
