HD transmission shifter fork / drum alignment tool

Maybe I've missed it here and if so please point me in the right direction. Is there any guidance on how to use the HD transmission shifter fork / drum alignment tool? PN 96384-39 Thanks.

It is dead simple to use. Set it on the top you are using and set the blocks to align with the drum in neutral position for each one and lock them down. Them set it on the gearbox and over the shifter forks (make sure the tophats are on) and you can see exactly where the forks and shift clutches are in location to the gears. Adjust the forks to center the clutches. Done.
