Spot light gaskets

I've been looking around the internet and so far have not found a thing. Does anyone make repop rubber gaskets for the adjustable spotlights?

I have one soft rubber one that is melting along about 10% of the diameter and one good flat one. Flat one I can make if necessary. And I have an ideal how to make a replacement for the soft rubber one. But it would be a lot easier to just buy replacements.

Rob, it's easier to look at McMaster supply. They will have a gasketing that is close if not the same thing. Bob L

Yes, I use them quite a bit. The gaskets in question are actually molded gaskets with a T-shaped cross-section. I was hoping someone made them. I do have a idea on how to come close to the original.

No sign of them in their on-line catalog. V-twin has them and Drag specialities said they have them. Theirs are the V-twin products and you have to buy a bag of 10. So, made my own from 1/8" medium density black closed cell foam. Should be fine. Had to make one for the headlight, too.

Do you sell them, Carl? The pic on the V-twin site made them look like junk. But the photo could be incorrect. Original has a T-shaped cross section. I now realize that the flat gasket I found in one of the spotlights must've bebe something the PO had added.

I just bought a bag of 10 from V-Twin and they worked fine on the OEM spotlights on my '47 FL

All the tractor restoration joints list them. Common aftermarket part. Guide lights were used on tons of stuff. The lenses are wrong and the housings have stems rather than adjustable bases, but the bezels (painted) and the lens gaskets are common to H-D types. Some lenses will interchange, but some have red pilot lights incorporated in them.
