It is the same as late '36 through '39.

Is the rear springer leg tubing a different size on a 37.
The '37 had different fender mounts and the grease fittings are on the inside under the headlamp.

Were the Amp And oil gauges the same 36/37 .
    Yes.

I think Chris has answered your questions, but I will feather out the answer for springers, a bit more.
I dont think the size of the Chrome moly spears changed for 1937.
The picture of the silver fork (I saved this picture from another thread) is probably what would be classed as being used for some of 1937 and has an extra bracing, brazed under the fender bracket.
If you look closely at the fender mounts in both pictures, you can see they are different width.
I believe the fender brackets are the same width for 1936-1937.
If you look at the black fork, you can see that the fender bracket starts wider, and then tapers down to the end radius.
This style fork was intorduced at some stage in the 1938 production. Someone may be able to give a better introduction period.

I think the early forks for 1937 might have been without the extra support brazed under the bracket.
I will leave that for someone else to confirm, as I am not 100% sure on that.

If ya really want to get picky there were three different designs of fender braces on the 1937 fork. The early skinny bracket. The skinny bracket with the reinforcement added. And the wide tapered bracket that was used through the end of Springer production.

Hi Chris. Picky is the level to be shooting at. Thanks for clearing that up.
On a side note, I have never had one of the 1937 springers with the angle "support" bracket, so that I could have a nice close look at it. The angle support has a witness mark of a spot welder. Has anyone seen one of these rear legs in a blasted (raw) state. If so, is the angle support brace also brazed to the bracket?

I had a '37 fork with the brackets on the fender supports. They appeared to be spot welded and brazed on mine.

              Thanks Eric.
The spot weld is probably holding the part in position while being brazed.
