Does anyone know what a good compression reading is for a 47 FL ?
Just wondering since I recomissioned one after sitting for a long time
Runs real nice but I am concerned
    Thanks

If it runs nice why the concern?? And as for compression tests...altitude, ambient air temperature, humidity, piston profile, cam profile, etc, are all factors that will change numbers. Any one who claims a certain number is go or no go is full of hot air. Just like your cylinders! Ride it and enjoy it!

If your interested in engine health, a leak down test can be more informative.
