Linkert Air cleaner maint. tags

Well I asked this over on 2 other forums and got no response. I see 2 different tags mounted to the 7" linkert air cleaners. I'm wonder which ones are correct for my '47 Knuck. The every 500 miles one I just purchased and hope it's original and the correct one for my Knuck .
