Knucklhead frame for sale ??

There is a 48 pan frame on the SF Bay area Craig's list that looks a lot like a knuckle. Unfortunately there's not enough pics to ID a year but somebody might be interested.

Looks to be a pretty tidy Knuckle frame. Its a bit hard to be 100% on the year because of the size of the picture, but it looks like a 1941-46 neck.
I cant see if it has weld or brazing on the seatpost but if it is original it would seem like a great deal from the prices I have seen at the swaps over there.
